2 PRICE
All prices are shown in Norwegian Krone (NOK) with VAT (MVA) already included in the set price. The shopping cart shows the final amount owed, with taxes and fees included.
3.1 PAYMENT
Payment is processed with the chosen option at checkout. We offer payment by Vipps, credit- and debit card. The payment solution is provided by Dintero.
3.2 SHIPPING FEE
A fee of 79kr is added to all orders with a total weight, not exceeding, 5 kg in Norway. Order over NOK 1000 and under 5 kg will get free shipping in Norway. A fee of 179kr will be added to all orders containing interior decoration. Orders can be picked up (free) if arranged. Contact +47 400 28 000 for arranging a pickup of your order. The shipping fees are added to orders shipping within Norway. International orders follow international freight rates.
4.1 SHIPPING COMPANY
All orders are sent with Posten/Bring.
4.2 DELIVERY
Orders processed before 16.00 PM will be sent within 3-5 working days after placing the order. The delivery is sent to the address given when ordering.
4.3 DAMAGE TO GOODS AND RIGHT OF CLAIM
When you receive your order, it is important that you inspect it for damages or other errors. Should any item(s) be damaged or otherwise not satisfactory, contact us at hello@houseofbalance.no for further instructions. According to Norwegian law, you have 2 years right of claim.
5 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal can only be used if the item can be retuned in the original packaging. You have the right to open the package and see the product, but it must not be used beyond that. When you make use of the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping yourself and fill in the right of withdrawal form.
If you exercise your right to cancel the purchase, we will refund the full amount of the item as soon as possible, or within 30 days from the date we receive the item. You must pay the costs for the return.

6.PRIVACY, SECURITY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
By completing an order, you agree to the storage and use of your personal information. We need your information to uphold our commitments to you and your order. We will document and store all communication via email, to offer the service you expect of us. We will not share any personal information with third parties.

8.COOKIES

Cookies are used to save your log-in or shopping cart while you browse various websites. If your browser is set not to accept cookies, you will not be able to place any orders on our website. You can easily change this in the settings of your browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to store personal information about you.
9.1 FORCE MAJEURE
Special circumstances that are not under human control such as war, extensive labor conflict, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious infection that prevent the parties from fulfilling their obligations may release a party from the obligations. Such exception applies on the condition that the operation cannot be carried out under these conditions. The other party must be immediately notified of the circumstances of the use of this provision.
9.2 CHANGE OF CONTRACT
After you, as a customer, have made a purchase, we, House of Balance Lifestyle AS, does not have the right to change the terms of the purchase in question unless otherwise agreed.

9.4 DISPUTES AND LAWS
Norwegian law shall apply to all purchases made under these terms. Disputes about purchases under these conditions shall be dealt with exclusively by a Norwegian court.
